Most Disgusting Room Ever!

The room was so incredibly dirty, tooth paste all over the mirror, globs of hair in the bathroom and closet. The chair was so stainned it was disgusting. Floors had small pieces of garbage and dirt everywhere. The bathroom had ripped toilet paper next to the toilet. My daughter opened the cabinet and there was a beetle running in there. It was the most disgusting room ever. It was supposed to be a celebration for my daughter. The pool and hot tub were closed which my daughter was so devastated about then she got so scared after the bug. She was worried they were more bugs in the sheets of the bed. I tried to get ice and there was froven bugs and dirt in the ice. Honestly the room could not have been worse. The manager was supposed to call me and never did. I took pictures of the room because I dont think a place like that should be open. Its unsafe and unsanitary. I had tried to get a refund and was refused. I honestly can believe how dirty it was.

I booked a pet friendly room with expidia during a lovely road trip I took. The hotel put me on the ground level in a bottom floor room it was damp dark old and outdated. Its frustetating to be placed in a crummy room when you have a pet. Then after my stay, i notoced a 250 extra charge on my credit card. When i called to ask what it was for, the GENERAL MANAGER took my call and immediately started yelling at me thar i had an undeclared pet. The night staff who checked me in put me in a pet friendly room and i ALSO booked one on Expedia. I explained i never hid my pet and chose this location solely for the pet friendly booking. The GM continued yelling and i asked him why he was yelling at me. He told me he didnt care about being rude to me and his is to maintain policies only. I attempted to explain my booking and the night staff checking me in. The GM continued yelling and began calling me names in a hostile tone to the point i began crying. He then hung up on me.

Good price , my stay was for three nights It served me well I was out early and back late main purpose was to shower and sleep it had a mini frig. Coffee machine and breakfast served out front of wanted it each morning This was my first time in Walla walla located close to the freeway and minutes from the fairgrounds that my event was held

The room was small the bed was comfortable the shower was hot. I guess i got what i paid for. The hospital said they gave a better rate if you told them you were there for hospital procedure but the rate was higher than booking it online.

Manipulation Motel

Well when i checked in after my Surgery ..the front desk guy said my room was paid for ..but since i went through a 3rd party i needed to put down a deposit on my credit card because i did not book it directly through the hotel..well , i did not have a credit card so he ask if i agreed to a pre appoved autorized charge of $250.00 to my debit card..he stated i would get it back right after i checked out..i agreed since i was medicated and hurting after my surgery..i just wanted to sleep..when i checked out this moning i asked the front desk guy for a reciepts and will i get the $250 back..he stated they don't give receipts and as soon as he checked me out of the room it would be returned to my bank acct.right then....when i did go to my room last night the fridge smelled of mold and there was urine in the toilet when i entered the bathroom and my sister found a floss pick in her bed sheet.after i went to my room after being total taken advantage of and triple charged for a room and my money stolen.. it it 1-29-2025 11 :41 am ..i checked out at about 6 30 am.
