Service was poor with poor attitudes. Breakfast was mostly cold. Foods were bland. Room and hotel was all clean. Nice comfort and good vibes. Pool was not in working condition. Hot tub was nice. Paid extra for early check in and breakfast wasn’t good was upsetting. Unsure if I’d ever book there again.

The room was filthy, the hotel its self was dirty, breakfast was non existent they were out of everything. My daughter found a pill in our room thankfully before our toddler found it. I didn’t see housekeeping there 1 time.

Room had a very odd odor and a residue on all counters from products. Breakfast from 6am-9am, went to eat at 7:45am and there were 8 small potato wedges remaining and nothing else. Price and vacant parking was the best aspect.

Terrible place! Freezing pool, nasty staff and manager! I never complain normally but this place was terrible!!! I would never stay that again. We paid $110 for the night - the customer service was the worst ever! The manager is a nasty, nasty man. All we did was ask in the morning if we could have a late check out, and he basically accused us of being con artist because we went through orbitz and asked for one extra hour check out late instead of normal checkout and then proceeded to put a note on the door to see what charge us triple if we stayed a minute past 11 AM!

The staff was great. It’s the $400 deposit policy for locals that no one was notified about until check in and also the hot water did not work in our room. My kids took cold showers. Our bedding had stains all over them. Definitely won’t be coming back.
