The room was nice. But as a solo female, I did not feel 100% comfortable. I couldn’t find the check in area. And I think I got the last parking spot, so I just stayed in my room all evening, to not risk having nowhere to park. Loud cars outside and lots of noises I couldn’t identify. I guess it just wasn’t my vibe.

Pros: Excellent location, responsive and helpful staff, free parking (some covered), large and comfortable bed, quiet. Cons: no drawers or cupb boards, only a couple of coat hooks and a four-pronged rack. No "separate sitting area" as advertised unless you count a small side share with a small desk. Located a few feet from HVAC so not comfortable. No in room coffee/tea service. Large step in shower but no safety device (handle, non-slip mat or grab bar.) No bedside tables. Awkward and inefficient reading lamps, one of which is too far from the bed to be focused on rhe reading material, the other like an interrogation lamp, neither allowing one person to read while the other sleeps.

Very nice hipster/boutique renovated motel on the edge of downtown, very convenient for walking to restaurants and wine purveyors. Very clean; the bed wasn’t super comfortable but the sheets were nice. Very quiet, although that’s probably just Walla Walla on a Sunday night. Very!
