The room had a strong smell and the bed was king size and had two very small pillows and only one set of bath towels. Overrall the hotel looked run down and dirty but I can say the room was clean

I wouldn't stay here again. I've stayed in bunches of hotels on this trip but this place made me feel very uncomfortable. If i had anyone with me i wouldn't stay here. Lots of broken walls broken ice, broken ac this is a sketchy place.

Did not stay. Even with the confirmation we received, they said they only had one king room. instead of the 2 rooms booked. Since we had 6 people that obviously did n't work. Staff not helpful at all. stated our confirmation didn't mean anything since it was third party.

This is probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. * Walls stained * Chairs stained * Towels dirty * Door barely latches * Bathroom floor broken and dirty * No trash can * No phone * No clock * Toilet dirty * Air conditioner full of dirt * Outside stairs have bricks wedged under them to hold them up

And if the reservation is made through Expedia at this hotel, I paid online with my credit card. I arrived at the hotel at 11 p.m., and they gave me the room key. The woman who assisted me said that they were overbooked and that they didn’t have any rooms available for me, and that I should call Expedia to get my money refunded. I called Expedia, and they say that they won’t refund my money, the hotel also doesn’t want to refund my money, and supposedly they say that I never showed up at the hotel, and that’s why they won’t refund my money.”

Really need to get staff handled was a long term stay the manger has this fascination with a dude am friends with there for she and her group of workers started to bully and make lies up about me to then proceeded to put me out with out on the street for no reason at all they been nasty to me since day one when I book my room for the first time they dealayed it for hours didn’t get my room till 7 at night because they said I was irratated them. They also got mad at me for putting things in front of my door when I went to sleep but yet they give master keys to everyone so anyone can get in my room which 3 men have welcome them selfies in with out permission the manger would also coming knocking asking if that dude she was infatuated with was in my room saying she was looking for payment and am not the only one this has happened to there are multiple teen she put out homeless with no were to go be her jealousy got the best of her something serious needs to be done about the manger and the maintenance man Tommy he was one of the men that open my door on his dad off at 3 in the morning I about pissed my self I’ve never been so emotional in my life they have made it a living hell and a game for them am only 19 get bulled by 50+ really need to get a hold of this
