The front desk couldn’t find my booking even though I repeatedly explained that check-in was completed and prepaid through Hotels.com. Around 1 PM, the staff told me to contact Hotels.com instead of checking their own list. After insisting, they finally found my name with all paperwork already printed. The room was the worst part—slight smoke smell, very dirty, broken bathroom items, a burnt bedsheet, and not even two proper pillows. The parking and outside area looked great, completely opposite of the interior. Breakfast was very limited; only the waffle and juice were decent. They also had no ice machine. Overall, terrible experience.
