Set in a wonderful rural location on the edge of an area of outstanding natural beauty, this recently newly built high spec 2 bedroom country cottage, offers the perfect setting for a holiday in Wiltshire, England.

Only 7 miles from Longleat Safari Park, 8 miles from Shaftesbury, 8 miles from Tisbury, 3 miles from Mere, with Stonehenge, Stourhead Gardens and the Jurassic Coastline all within easy reach and a great collection pubs nearby.

Relax in this peaceful, stylish property offering beautiful countryside surroundings and the highest quality features, technology and comforts available. WiFi connectivity offering speeds up to 350 mbps, provides the ultimate connectivity in a countryside location.


The Space

Evergreen Cottage has 2 Bedrooms, one bedroom with a Double Bed and the second bedroom with a Bunk Bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of space for storing and hanging clothes.

There is a brand new high specification kitchen with high ceilings providing an induction hob, full cooking appliances including two ovens, microwave, filter coffee machine as well as integrated dishwasher and full size fridge freezer. All cooking equipment is provided. The outlook is into a private garden with beautiful countryside views.

The bathroom has a new Laufen Collection with a high pressure rainfall shower.

Underfloor heating throughout the property, with digital thermostats in each of the rooms.

The sitting room area also has high ceilings with patio doors which open into a private fenced and secure garden perfect for children and dogs, with BBQ and comfortable table and chairs with cushions.
There is also a 55” Sony 4K TV with high speed hard wired fibre connectivity for accessing Netflix, Amazon Prime and other online streaming platforms, as well as all the standard TV channels available through FreeSat. Blue ray player also provided.

Super fast WiFi available throughout the property.

There is a private courtyard outside, as well as a fenced garden perfect for dogs and roped large parking area for Evergreen Cottage.


Guest access

Evergreen Cottage is part of Evergreen Farm and the wider estate where the owners live in a nearby property. Evergreen Cottage has a private gated entrance from the road, with parking for two cars and a secure garden area perfect for children or dogs.

Beautiful rural cottage

Our stay at Evergreen Cottage was fantastic. A modern, fully equipped property in a quiet peaceful location. The garden is great for bbqs and was completely secure which was great for our dog and little one. Charlie was a wonderful host and we’d definitely return!

Great little spot in lovely countryside

Everything was wonderful from initial contact. Perfect little barn - we took our two dogs and whilst the garden was small it was well fenced which was brilliant. All very neat and well finished. Lovely helpful friendly hosts. Many thanks.

It was a very nice home. However, it simply wasn't for us I'm afraid. Primarily due to not being able to control our own heating environment, which was not relaxing at all. We were unable to turn it up, down, or off (at night). All of the heating control panels in the rooms of the house were locked and it seemed the expectation was that we had to message the host if we wanted the temperature changed which felt very 'strange'...although it later transpired (after we left the property) that it was only being controlled as the heat pump/solar system it was running off was a very complex one, but we could have gotten control of the system if we had asked.

Lovely stay in a perfect little cottage

This cottage is in a very rural and quiet location which suited our family perfectly! Very clean and well equipped with high quality fixtures and fittings and everything you need for a short stay. This cottage has been decked out beautifully and was a great size for us and our 2 young children who loved the small enclosed garden and the farm kittens! Would highly recommend :) Thank you for a fab stay!
