Newly built in 2022, this conveniently located cottage is the perfect home base for all things Adirondacks. Close to Lake George, less than a mile to local restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, and cafes. Countless hikes, bike paths, lakes, and outdoor activities within close proximity. 22 minutes to Gore and West Mountains, 12 minutes to Lake George Village, 30 minutes to Saratoga Springs. Full kitchen with all basic cooking necessities, clean linens and towels provided.

Keyless entry for privacy but local property management on call 24/7 for anything you may need during your stay.

First floor: kitchen with all basic cooking and utensils, coffee maker and Keurig coffee machine with k cups, cream, and sugar provided, dining, full bath, bedroom 1 with queen bed, living area with television.
Second floor: Second bedroom with queen bed, second full bathroom, second living area with television, couch, puzzles, sitting table, and television.
Clean towels and sheets provided for our guests as well as bath soaps and paper products.
We have a second house on the same property that accommodates 4 so if you are traveling with a larger group and are interested in booking both please let us know.

Uber is available but options are sometimes limited so we recommend planning in advance.
