You'll be thrilled to stay at this dog-friendly Warrenton vacation rental during your next adventure to the Oregon Coast. This newly remodeled house boasts a beautifully decorated interior with everything you would expect during your stay, including a stunning stone-encased gas fireplace in the living area that creates the perfect place to wind down after exploring the surrounding area. This rural, two-story retreat also features a new hot tub, a spacious deck, and a gas grill with an outdoor dining area for summer barbecues.



What's nearby:

You can easily reach the beach by walking over to the private access point around the corner! Cullaby Lake is a short distance away, where you can enjoy a plethora of outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, biking, picnicking, and bird watching. Warrenton is seven miles to the north, where you will find major shopping, local restaurants, and the Lewis and Clark National Historical Park. Or, head four miles south to Gearhart, where you can get in a relaxing round of golf.

Wonderful Location! The neighborhood is beautiful & quiet. The home is well stocked and clean. Very comfortable and cozy with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space or gather. Walk to the beach is not too far and the beaches are spectacular. We had deer and coyotes walk thru the property. The few things to note is.. 1.Outside fire pit does not work2.One bedroom has no closet so the room has no way to hang up any clothing. A rack or hooks are needed.

Overall, the home had several nice features. The beds were mostly comfortable, and the dog beds and bowls were a thoughtful touch. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils for our group. There were ample towels, including some specifically for the hot tub. Garage parking was convenient, and checkout at 10am was simple - we just had to load and start the dishwasher.That said, the property is managed by Vacasa of North Carolina, and communication was very slow. Most responses redirected us to the Vacasa app instead of answering questions directly.There is no early arrival, so don’t bother asking. Late checkout is available only by purchasing it through the app, but the fee isn’t shown upfront. You must click “purchase” without knowing the price. I asked about the cost and never received a response.Maintenance issues: master bathroom sink stoppers are broken; the master shower is dirty (possibly moldy) along the left door seam; back porch lights are burnt out; and the fan in the far-right bedroom is loose, with blades that scrape when running.The door code was a full phone number that didn’t belong to anyone in our group, so we had to look it up on our phones each time. Using my phone number would make more sense, and still have the same security level.Located in a private gated community about halfway between two gates; expect a 10-minute drive to either entrance.

Overall the property was okay. Not all of the property has been renovated. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials, except we could not locate hot pad holders. There is no television in the living room. Pictures show bunk beds in one of the bedrooms, however now there is just a queen bed. Hot tub was not very clean. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away.

Quick coast get away

This was the perfect spot to enjoy some of Oregon's beautiful coast! With the beach just a short walk from the house, 20 minutes from Astoria, and 20 or so minutes to Canon Beach, could not ask for anything better! The rooms were so big and so very comfortable! We are always beyond greatful for black out curtains! This was a beautiful and comfortable place to relax after a long day on the beaches and walking around.

What a beautiful home for a family beach getaway! We enjoyed everything about this beautiful home! It was nicely located between Seaside and Warrenton. Great neighborhood to walk around in and there was access points to get down to the beach. Loved it!

Peaceful seaside neighborhood

Grandmas last vacation

Overall it was a nice place to stay. A quiet neighborhood centralized in between Seaside and Astoria. Close to the beach, no view though. Some of the amenities needed upkeep. Hot tub was low on water, no propane for the fire pit, and the tea kettle leaked. Too many stairs for grandma but she doesn’t like any stairs. It’s a split level with short staircase to bedrooms and down to tv room.

The perfect vacation house

We absolutely loved it. It was so spacious for our family of 6. The weather was awful but we didn’t even mind because we were stuck inside a beautiful, cozy home. The hot tub was clean and the perfect way to start our day every morning. The Vacasa agents were incredibly helpful and responsive every time we had a question. We will absolutely be back.

Nice house.

It was a nice house. It was very clean. I will rethink stairs next time with an infant. There was a gate. By the end of the stay he mastered going up and down one of the sets of stairs. The house is pet friendly. Master bathroom sink stoppers need attention. We didn't get to check out all the amenities. We were quite busy with my daughter's wedding in Astoria. I would recommend this rental. It seems very pet friendly also.
