A place to rest your head... but that's about it.

I was pretty disappointed with this hotel. It may be the same at all Best Westerns, but I'm not going to find out. In this day and age... zero, none, nada USB ports in the rooms and no outlets on the nightstands. So we had to unplug the alarm clock and move the desk lamp to the night stand just to have outlets to charge our phones at night. I was traveling, so I also had gopro's, tablets, computer, etc that needed charging; we had to resort to finding outlets at ground level to charge all our misc equipment. I mean really... who doesn't need a well placed USB port these days? One reason I went with this is the comp breakfast. 2 out of the 4 days, the coffee machine was broken and the orange juice appeared anything but orange; but the rest of the break fast was good (eggs/sausage/potatoes/biscuits&gravy). If you stay longer than a night, you'll need to ask the front desk for more shampoo/conditioner; the bottles are smaller than 1/2 my thumb. But if you're just looking for a place to get some sleep; this will do the trick.

When checking in, the front desk woman seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. There was a $50 fee I had to pay upon arrival that I was not made aware of. When we got to our room, there were not enough towels or wash clothes for my family or 3 so I had to go down and ask for more. The bedding was very rough and scratchy. The bathroom floor looked dirty. Our shower had barely any water pressure and took forever to warm up. My son swam in the pool and there was so much chlorine that it made him sick. You could walk into the pool area and immediately tell there was too much chemical in the pool. The only thing decent was the price. Will not stay here again.

The hallway leading to our room smelled like a combination of dog pee and cigarette smoke, luckily our room didnt smell like such. There were no sheets for the pull out couch and there was only 1 towel in the room. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great.

Excellent for the price,would definitely recommend

for the price, this was fantastic! Unfortunately I got in around 2 AM, and their soft water system was recycling. So from 2 AM to 3 AM, there was no water in the sink. Thankfully, the shower and the toilet were fine.

The staff were really friendly and informative about places around the hotel. When we first got to the hotel room it smelled of crab. Our dead bolt also did not work. There was also only two towels and there was two guests staying in this room. The carpet was not vacuumed or cleaned there was chip crumbs on the carpet. Very disappointing. After we used our only towels, the front desk informed us that they were out of towels. When we received our towels there was stains on the towels.
