Checked all the boxes

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cottage and highly recommend it - the pond/waterfall out back makes for some relaxing scenery and sounds. It was also a great home base for everything we wanted to do. We were in town to visit the world headquarters of Jehovah's Witnesses in Warwick as well as the Patterson office and the cottage was (relatively) close to both. The location was also great for extracurricular activities - less than 10 minutes drive to Bellvale Creamery, a laundromat, a big playground, good restaurants, various local activities and not too far from Legoland. When we left the Cottage and moved to our hotel in NYC, we definitely missed it and the ambience. The owners were helpful (especially all the local guide information inside the home) and communicative. Will definitely recommend it to friends planning to visit Warwick.

Everything about the cottage is excellent. It is well appointed and a right by a beautiful waterfall.Communications with the owner are also excellent. They are very attentive and responsive. We highly recommend this cottage.

Third times a charm! As a repeat guest, I'm still impressed with how quaint this cottage is. There is no place like it and boy what a view! This was the relaxing weekend we needed - leaving only for Bellevale ice cream and minor shopping. It's always so clean and very welcoming. Can't wait to go back!

An Idyllic Escape…

Bob and Lorelei put so much into making this a welcoming place. They thought of everything! The house is super clean, and there was more than enough supplies with which to cook. And the little touches, like robes and slippers, snacks, coffee and tea… The setting of this property is stunning, with the waterfall right behind you, and everywhere you look there is lush green nature to feed the soul. A few families of ducks live in the pond and were a joy to see each day. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here and I heartily recommend this beautiful cottage!

Well appointed cottage in a beautiful setting

This cottage is right at the waterfall (a spillway) at one end of a beautiful rustic enclave with a stream and pond. It's equipped with many outdoor amenities including a barbecue, firepit, deck, and Adirondack chairs. The inside is tastefully furnished, well lit, has modern appliances, and come with cooking staples and condiments, as well as welcome snacks. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. We have family in the area, and they were very impressed too.

Beautiful property

Such a beautiful location. The cottage is quant while having all the modern updates. The hosts have carefully left an array of coffee and welcome goodies, including fresh eggs from their ducks. Will be back!

Amazing Weekend Getaway

Perfection! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

We enjoyed three days/nights at Millpond Cottage. The cottage itself is cozy, comfortable, perfectly appointed, well-equipped, and decorated in excellent taste. The setting is breathtaking. Even though the waterfall was not flowing due to a long dry spell, it was still beautiful. We listened to the babbling brook while sitting on the small deck overlooking the water. The area is so pretty and Warwick is a fun town with excellent restaurants and fine shopping. We had a restful getaway. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. They even gave us food to feed the local ducks! Thank you, Rob and Lorelei.

Fantastic cottage!

We loved our visit. Cottage was perfect, clean and wildly well stocked. Better than expected. Easy access in, exiting was a bit of a pain, landscapers made it impossible to follow the exit route on Friday. Not a big deal but required a multi point turn around on the narrow street. Lovely and we’ll be back.

Wonderful Stay for the second time

We recently returned from our second stay at Mill Pond, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. The ambiance of the place is simply enchanting, both indoors and outdoors. The cottage is immaculate, offering a peaceful retreat that feels like a home away from home. The charming waterfall added a soothing element to our vacation, and watching the ducks leisurely walk around the pond was a delightful experience. The picturesque bridge provided a perfect spot for relaxation and reflection. Mill Pond offers the perfect setting to sit back and unwind. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation, and we look forward to returning again in the future. Highly recommended!
