Family refused to stay.

The family and kids did not think it was clean enough with COVID, even though I also cleaned and sanitized it. They left after 4 hours and went home, would not sleep there, would not stay, unsafe and did not feel it was clean enough? I left the same night as there was no point staying. So it was empty and not used all week. I advised the owner twice but did not hear back.
