The hotel stay itself was lovely, but they charge you a $35 urban fee and a $5 urban fee tax and I'd love to know what exactly that is. Parking was only $25 and just across the street, so that was nice.

my daughter, and I arrived at 5:20pm and the room still wasn’t ready, they told us to wait for another 20 minutes, unfortunately I had an appointment so couldn’t wait that long. I could not believe by 5 PM the room still was not ready! Then another receptionist just give me a key after I complained to her, the room was all good

Bad and upsetting experience

I did not have a good experience at reception when i arrieved.I informed the recertionst that i booked in before i got to the hotel on the 25ft of may.She insisted that i still put my card in the machine five times and it kept saying there was a problem with my card.Myself and my son were very upset as she said she could not give us a room unless we paid for the room.My son tried to work his card that would not work.My partner back home in ireland tried his card had trouble with that as well.I . had to ring my bank at home they said the reason my card would not work was because the hotel took the money the day i booked in.I informed the receptionist about this a all of a suddon it was on screen i got a thums .Gave me my key after a two hour wait it was very upsetting to say the least.I also found out my partners card was charged as well.I informed the manager next day said id would be refunded to my card.I Hope this is the case.Catherine Seery

Super stay at Arlo. Hotel is a great location for train travel, and walking to almost all historical sites. Coffee in room (no tea provided). All in all can’t fault it!
