Other things to note
1. Health and safety is our top priority! There is always a professional, thorough, sanitization and cleaning between guests from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches. Due to this lengthy cleaning period, it is challenging to offer late check-outs or early check-ins.
2. Please remember that you're staying in a private residence within a residential community, not a hotel. Please treat our space with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
3. The entire community is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other residents’ pets during your stay.
4. Gym is a mini+gym with 2 treadmills and a workout area with weights, enough to get a great workout but it is not a full blown commercial gym.
5. You can expect some street noise due to our proximity to vibrant Old Town streets.
6. Please let me know if you’re bringing any pet/s with you. Only one pet per reservation is allowed. Your pet must be added as a guest on the reservation. If staying longer than 2 weeks with a pet, must agree to additional cleanings every 14 days.
7. Home is equipped with a smart lock. Access to the property requires using the August Home mobile application. There is no physical key access or keypad access. Home must be accessed via the August mobile app.
8. The apartment is easily accessible on the fourth floor via an elevator!
9. For your safety, the community has exterior cameras at the property that monitors the front entrance, commons areas and hallways. No cameras are inside the home.

Pets allowed - To ensure the proper care and maintenance of our property, we charge a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per stay. Additionally, a refundable pet deposit of $500 is required, which will be fully refunded within 2 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning needed.
