High expectations for this place, but the staff were very unwelcoming. My plan changed so I wanted to contact them for a potential refund, but after many attempts they never replied. I had no choice but tried to stick with my original plan. When I arrived the staff just stared at me struggling with my big luggages without offering any help. The room was extremely small and not worth the money at all. Will not come back

The staff was very patient and polite trying to help me resolve issues that arose. The property is clean and the room was good. I was frustrated however that the water needed to run about 15 mins before getting warm, never really hot. Also the room air quality was not to my standards. However I appreciate that no matter what the concern was, any staff member I spoke to was very kind.

Had a great stay at HighRoad. Great location in the heart of Adams Morgan, and room was lovely and clean. Only thing to bear in mind is there's no lift, which is unideal - that being said, the person at the desk did offer to help with my suitcase if needed.

Amazing hotel.My room was clean and very comfortable. The location was in Adams Morgan area- great neighborhood. I’d stay at the High Road again. Definitely recommend it if you don’t mind a small room. And I’m a senior so you don’t have to be a “kid” lol to enjoy the stay.

Climb into a Cozy Bed!

This place is within walking distance of a parking garage to keep your car and near the conference center. The bed is in a loft to climb a ladder, so if you are fit and do not mind the climb, this is a very cozy place to stay.
