The tap to pay function didn’t work. Some of the staff was new so check in took longer than I wanted. There was literally 3 people helping one guest when I arrived. It looked like they were going above and beyond for them while the other guest waited. I liked the location. Coffee and supermarket are close and other shops aren’t too far. Staff was nice for the most part. Maybe let the guest off the elevator first and don’t cut them off as they’re exiting.

We’ve stayed many times at this hotel and during this stay, the woman at the front desk was very curt and rude. I gave my name and the reservation was under my husband’s name which caused a delay. While I was pulling up my confirmation e-mail, your employee was abrupt and disgusted with me. She continued on to tell me that she should not get a bad review because it was me who gave the wrong check in name. I think her name was Este or something like that and she is a person that I will avoid in the future.

The people who work here are doing their best. The room was clean. But that’s where anything positive ends. For the price of this room…$336, I expect a well-maintained hotel. I’ve stayed here in the past and it was never stellar, but it’s gone downhill. It needs a full renovation. No turn down, tacky plastic cups and $3 for a bottle of water.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was convenient with lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. The building is showing its age with pealing wallpaper in the room. Our refrigerator and phone did not work in our room. During the night it was quiet. The bar had great staff and cocktails. The elevator was a troublesome system to navigate with a key card needed every time with a specific order to how it had to be done or you could not get to your floor. I am sure it is for safety reasons but it was inconvenient. Overall it was a clean and quiet place to stay close to the Metro NoMa station for easy commuting.
