Cool art work . The hotel had an interesting Japanese/Scandinavian feel= clean lines, good design. The bed was wonderful. We liked the extra space. Perfect location right off the GW Pkwy. Walkable to good restaurants and wonderful old area nearby.

The location was good. We had a room with the balcony view of the courtyard, which was very nice. The equipment in the gym was excellent and we also used the E bikes that they make available to guests, fun.

Best hotel in Old Town

This is a beautiful, modern hotel. The staff here is so accommodating and helpful. The location is great. We had an issue with a room and they moved us over and comped a night no questions asked. This is our hotel of choice when we are are in the area.

Did not like the view from our $300 room of a dirty roof. Had to pull the curtains. Our group ordered $75 worth of appetizers at bar…they forgot to put in our order. So got them 45 minutes later with no adjustment to the bill, although I talked with the manager. We had reserved 5 rooms… upon check out, two of the rooms had mini bar charges on them totaling $70, which was an error. One room we were given was a handicapped room…not requested. Excellent food in restaurant. Nice people at front desk. Very dark lobby, so first impression is not positive. Lounging/sitting areas were nice. Cafe was good. Will try someplace else next time we are in Old Town Alexandria.
