I had a handicap room and the bed was so lumpy and hard that I couldn't sleep, they put me right next to the outside door so everyone was yelling and slamming doors right in front of my room all night so I could not sleep there was no coffee in the morning, they did not have creamer in it already, and the hot water was ice cold. I asked your receptionist where to park to be the closest to my room she told me to stay where I was parked right next to the entrance, my room was on the opposite end of the hotel and I can barely walk. Hence the handicap room. The heat was so hot, that my bed was soaking wet when I woke up in the morning from sweating and no matter what I put it on both of digital thermometer and the one on the radiator even though I put them on air conditioner only pumped out 90° heat

Older hotel. The red walls in the hallways reminded us of Red Rum, Red Rum. One bed had a huge dip, the couple kept rolling into each other. Not enough plug ins, had to unplug lamps. Staff was friendly.
