Hot Tub Policy: Our goal is for the hot tub to be available for every guest. However, refunds cannot be provided for mechanical issues that prevent its use. 🫧

Cottontail Cabin features a private gravel driveway with plenty of space for your group. 🚙

• Road Conditions: The roads leading to the cabin are mostly paved and well-maintained. 🛣️
• Winter Travel: Please note that mountain weather can change quickly. If snow or icy conditions are expected during your stay, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended to ensure a safe climb and descent. ❄️🏔️
