Extremely rude. I tried to rent two rooms since i have 2 service dogs and 2 well behaved leash trained quiet dogs, that travel with me frequenly. Im a manager at a Japanese reasturant in town and was forced to check out 30 minutes before work with no vehicle and no where to go, as I'm not from here stating that dogs could not be left unattended for any duration of our stay which is crazy considering im here to work !

I made a mistake in booking, I asked for assistance from Expedia and from the hotel directly and neither of you would help. I will be canceling my Expedia membership and never trust it again. If and I did not stay in the hotel. I would like my refund for non service.
