A beautiful one and half acres Brazos River water front vacation haven with 1 fully covered 50 amp RV with water and sewage. Next to the covered patio, connected to the sidewalk, there is a VERY SMALL cabin that is great for overflow or a cozy stay (the cabin will only sleep 2-3 adults comfortably) inside the cabin there is a bathroom with toilet, sink and stand up 3ft x 3ft shower. There is a small but cozy room with twin over full bunk bed, heat/ac, microwave, coffee pot and small fridge which are all in one room that opens into the bathroom. 1- 50 amp RV hookup available for campers RV.

For larger groups, there is plenty of land for additional tent campers!
Along with the rental comes with access to private boat ramp, golfing and 2 day guest membership pass to Country Club.
Have fun relaxing and spending time with your friends and family on the Brazos River!
Whether you enjoy fishing for catfish or sand bass, hunting for arrowheads while kayaking down the Brazos River or a day of golf it is up to you!
We can even accommodate your horse and trailer, at our horse arena!
