Beautifully perched on the banks of the Salmon River, this atmospheric, waterfront condo is a place for finding peace and quiet in the midst of alpine adventure. You'll have a gorgeous view of the river below - from the bedroom's window seat and bathtub, the generous living room windows, and the seats that line the shaded deck.

This second-floor, riverfront condo boasts a prime location in Welches, with the river to one side and the Three Nines Golf Course to the other. It's a wonderful base for your hiking, fishing, mountain biking, and skiing adventures, with Mt. Hood at your fingertips. You'll be a short drive from Wildwood Recreation Site (two miles), the Sandy Ridge Trail System (seven miles), and the trails along Lolo Pass Road (eight miles). Mt. Hood Skibowl (13 miles) and Timberline Lodge (19 miles) are close by as well.

Full of thoughtful built-ins and richly hued wood finishes, the condo offers a charming space to return to each day. Step out onto the deck to light the gas grill and dine alfresco to the sounds of the river. Or, curl up inside by the wood-burning fireplace to play card games and watch movies on DVD, Blu-ray, or streaming. An open kitchen and a window-lined dining area round out the living space.

The bedroom has a TV of its own and an en suite bathroom with a riverfront soaking tub; two additional bunks are built into a cozy hallway nook. A second bathroom, a washer/dryer, central AC, and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
