Classic Cape Cod beach cottage

Relax on the private patio directly facing the oceanfront. Steps to the seemingly private beach. Shoreline Cottage is a single family cottage that is part of an eight unit association.
Close to everything you want on a vacation including beaches, town center, galleries, bike trails and just a short drive to Provincetown.
Parking for 2 cars, gas fireplace and outdoor shower. Close to town, restaurants and supermarket.
Newly furnished in 2022 including new beds and mattresses, dining table and chairs, lamps, area rug, tables and art. All new Crate and Barrel cookware and serve ware. All new outdoor furnishings.
New paint throughout.

Refreshed bath with new vanity, sink toilet and faucet.

We require a 7 night stay with Saturday check in and check out from May 15th through September 15th. Inquire for shorter stays.

Well first of all, you get this place for the view and WOW! This was such a stunning gem. A dream view from the front windows that oversee the beach and sunset. We enjoyed our time at the beach as well. I will say the furniture could be more comfortable and could use an upgrade especially based on pricing. Also a hot tub was listed under amenities and this place does not have a hot tub which was a little disappointing. Overall would recommend due to dream views!

The access to the beach was incredible. Breathtaking views and wonderful breezes. The property was extremely tidy and thoughtfully appointed. Proximity to downtown Wellfleet was a big bonus. It was lovely.

This property exceeded all our expectations! The ocean view is breathtaking, and the rental was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable - just a short walk to a gorgeous bayside beach that was perfect for our 5 and 9-year-old kids.We love Wellfleet and this stay reminded us why it’s our favorite Cape destination. The restaurants are incredible, and the peaceful neighborhood setting made for the most relaxing vacation. Our kids had a blast collecting seashells on the beach every day.Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to any family looking for the perfect Wellfleet getaway!

Long weekend getaway

Location of the house was great, overlooking the bayside. If it were a summer rental, the location would have been ideal location to walk out to the bay. Although we rented off-season, it was still scenic. The house was recently updated and enough room for 4 adults.

A great place to slow down

That deck looking out on the bay is the nicest place to sip some coffee and not think about work. Simplicity but comfort. And air conditioners when you brain is sun baked.. Wonderful.

Amazing place for all

We love the easy access to the beaches and the town. So much fun enjoying the cottage and all it has to offer. We especially enjoy playing in the estuary and catching all kinds of interesting crabs.

Best week of the Summer

My husband and I have come here 4 times in the past 6 years. There have been many improvements! The new furniture and updated Kitchen is a big plus. The 3 AC units are a must on some days. To me, the view and proximity of the bay is amazing. It’s beautiful all the time and having two big picture windows to look out at even on a rainy day is interesting.

Great location, steps to the beach!

I’d like to preface this review by saying I only give 5 stars if everything is exceptional. When we go to the beach, we want to be right there & this location does not disappoint-it’s a peaceful respite and great place to visit outer cape. I felt the cleanliness could have been better (some spider webs & coffee maker/microwave could use a good cleaning). It was unusual there are no linens at this rental but that’s owner discretion & stated clearly. Overall, the owner is very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this simple, cute cottage by the beach; we enjoyed watching the sunset, peaceful walks, and the super location. Thank you!

Caveat Emptor

Our experience at an attractive, comfortable cottage with a magnificent view was spoiled by, what I believe was, an insufficient alert that no linens or towels were provided. Instead of being prominently displayed in the the main section, it was buried under a subsection called laundry. I’ve stayed in many Cape rentals over the years and always had linens included. Our group arrived in two cars after a long drive in the heavy rain, culminating in a heavily rutted road and difficult parking situation for two cars, to find no sheets, towels and only one substantial blanket. It was too late in the day to be able to rent or buy them. If I had noticed that no linens or towels were included in a 3 day rental that came to almost $2000 (past prime season) I would have certainly passed it up.

Stunning location

Nicely renovated cottage in gorgeous location. The views are spectacular. Love b not able to walk to the beach. There are window AC units both bedrooms, but none in living area so it can get a bit hot and stuffy + unit in room with twin beds is extraordinarily loud and should be replaced. Owner might want to consider installing wall mounted unit in living room to cool entire unit.

Great place to stay! Surrounded by a group of cottages with friendly people and families looking to relax and enjoy the beach at the doorsteps. No need to explore beyond the front door and the beach right in front of you. We loved the cabin updates and never felt like we had to get in the car and find fun elsewhere!

A wonderful cottage

Very nicely updated cozy cottage overlooking the bay. A really nice place to bob in the bay when it’s warm and sit and read when it rains (we had a couple rainy days but still had fun!).
