The heart of the home is a bright living room that boasts an unencumbered, panoramic view of the water. Relax on comfortable sofas and armchairs while watching the tide come in, or enjoy the colorful decor and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with full streaming services. Whether you are treating yourself at the dedicated coffee station or preparing a local catch in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, the home feels spacious yet cozy. With two separate dining areas—including a secluded six-person nook—there is plenty of room for both lively family meals and quiet morning puzzles.

Just steps away lies a unique stretch of beach that feels exclusively yours. Because there is no public parking nearby, the beach remains quiet and uncrowded even in the height of summer. The water here is famously warm and calm, making it a premier spot to launch your kayak, canoe, or SUP directly from the shore. On breezy days, enjoy a front-row seat to local kite surfers catching the wind, or simply retreat to your private, beachfront deck to lounge under the umbrella and dine alfresco while taking in majestic, elevated views of the ocean without ever leaving your rental.

This home is not set up for children. It has not been child-proofed. And there is a space heater used in the bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
