We found the property super convenient and for the price worked well for us We could hear people in the street but not surprised being in city centre Another couple of blankets would have been good Otherwise recommend snd will stay again

Impressive room but missing some expected items - no toilet roll holder, no towel rails no shelf for soap in shower, no face cloths, no plug in kitchen sink, no power sockets near the beds, no extra blankets or pillows.

Great location, comfortable bed and clean bathroom, BUT very poor design in bathroom with bad access to basin (large wall section jutting out about 30cm above), filthy floors, only one double power point with powerboard in our triple room, which tripped when we tried to boil the kettle. Shower hose dropped to lowest level on pole, no tea towel or clean cloth available in kitchen for walking dishes. Only 1 key available for 3 people.

Great location, cheap which explains very poor kitchen facilities (almost no cooking equipment or crockery or cutlery, not even a tea towel to dry dishes, and cloth to wash dishes was dirty). Comfortable and clean bed and bathroom clean and ok.

A very basic room without any window, inside an old building. Air exhaust of the building was noisy all the time like flying in an aircraft. Small Bathroom and kitchenette/ fridge adequate and clean, also very minimalistic. Clean sheets but floors not clean and sticky, can’t have been vacuumed let alone washed for a long time. Gaps between floorboards full of dirt. Would not stay again. Location very handy and central, bus stop opposite building, easy to walk everywhere.

Some things didn’t work (jug, broken fan knob) economic so not too fussy and a brilliant location with bus stop outside the door, amazing book shops, lots of eateries and easy walk to everywhere. Hard to find staff. Comfortable bed, good shower, clean.

Suitable for single men. Can party in the big rooms. Not suitable for families or anyone that needs to get a good night sleep. Location - Great. It's the only thing it has going for it.

The room is good for a budget hotel, but there is no soundproofing. For a hotel at the beginning of one of the popular streets in Wellington night life, its not recommended for a family or if you want a good sleep in the weekends. We can even hear drunk conversations on the streets. We had university students as neighbours and we did not have a good night's sleep. Old wooden floors that squeak if you walk on them, and make good noise with any hard bottom shoes especially high hills.
