The room had everything we needed and was clean. The hotel restaurant was very good and the staff were pleasant. The only complaint was the noise. Outside the window it sounded like loud construction all night long. Very disturbing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and thought it was an excellent location, and close to the car ferry dock to leave for the South Island in the AM.

Our stay at the Hilton was good. Rooms were spacious and staff helpful. It was a little bizarre, though, that the Hotel couldn’t match a third party rate. I had to sit in the lobby, make the booking in Expedia and then they could check me in. Overall a pleasant stay

Boutique in a convenient location.

Registration was a bit clunky. Entrance is quite small and had to wait to register. Having said that the room and decor was very good. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Parking next door was good.

The room smelled so bad almost toxic like. I notified Hotels.com and the hotel. They moved us the next day, we had a tour and couldn’t get moved. They moved us to another room, my electric toothbrush went missing. The staff was very nice about the whole thing. But they need some restoration in this place for sure. We have booked 3 Hilton’s in this month long trip. The Hilton @ little Queen street in Melbourne and Georgie, I can’t say enough about that location! Hilton is better than this, please put some money into this other Hilton.

Great to have 24/7 check in as we were an “after hours” check in. Night staff average like they were reading from a script, unable to answer basic questions and just repeated themselves. Room was great but noise coming from corridor in the morning woke us at about 6am which was disappointing.
