Location is very convenient when we're visiting family in West Bend. Always clean, quiet. Although I think they "gave" our room to another guest who arrived before we did, they had a room available for us, just not as close to the front as we had requested. It just made it noisier for other guests when we carried our luggage to the room rather late. No problem!

5 stars. Will stay again. Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean. Provided Dove products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment there. Check in and out was fast. Hotel was responsive by text prior to check in. Stayed 2 nights and no complaints. The only downside I can see is there is no elevator for second level guests. Not a problem for me but could be for others.

We stayed the weekend for a wedding nearby as it had breakfast and was in the right location. Upon check in it was assumed I was with the lady in front of me, even though I arrived who knows after her. The gentleman in the front also made sure to comment how beautiful I was holding my id, as whomever he was on a video call with laughed noticably loud. It was very uncomfortable. The room door did not fully close shut on its own without making sure it's latched. While walking the halls you could see other doors just cracked also. The breakfast was a little messy with spills limited things and was in two different rooms. The beds were so very firm. My husband, my cousin and myself all could not sleep well, and thought about checking out Saturday. We ended up staying as to not waste the money. We requested a late check out Sunday that was approved but we were but and gone before 11am.

You get what you pay for!

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The rooms were small, smelled of smoke, and outside noise was a disturbance. Pillows and AC were comfortable. Saved money staying at AmericaInn so can't be too mad.
