Premier Location-The Cozy West Glacier Cabin

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This cabin is located in the heart of West Glacier Village! It sits less than half a mile from the West Entrance to Glacier National Park!!! Just minutes from the train station, restaurants, mercantile, mini golf, 18 hole golf course, hiking, bike riding, shops and whitewater rafting! This cabin is rich with history. This fully remodeled 1940's cabin was originally used for housing during the building of the Hungry Horse Damn, located just down the road!
There is so much to do and see in the area the adventures are endless. This is a vacation you surly will never forget.

About the Space:
The West Glacier Cabin boasts two bedrooms both with beautiful Montana log beds (king and queen) and a large queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It has one bathroom with a deep soaker tub and rainfall shower head for relaxation after a day of hiking and exploring. It also has a cozy reading space near the large front bay window along with a gas fireplace for your spring or fall stay to ensure your cabin stay is a cozy mountain experience. The cabin is located on a quiet street with a large front porch for morning coffee and a private back patio for evening fires and BBQs.

I cannot recommend staying at this wonderful cabin enough! The cabin itself is beautiful and one of the most well stocked I've ever stayed at. If you might need it, it's available, even hiking poles and bear spray! The location was great, with it just being a short drive to the park and a quick walk to restaurants. If you're fortunate enough to book here you'll be very happy!

This home made for a perfect trip to Glacier. It is within walking distance to restaurants, live music, shops, and river access. The home was so clean, comfortable, and trimmed with helpful accessories. The host leaves a lovely welcome display with recommendations for the area. Staying at this property was a highlight of our trip to GNP. This is the most adorable and comfortable cabin ever. It was perfect for my husband and me and our grandson. We never needed a car while staying at this cabin. We biked or hiked into GNP each day. It was a pleasure to come back to the cabin every evening where we were able to relax. We ate dinner in West Glacier or brought it back to the cabin where we sat outside on a fabulous private patio. We could have cooked in this well supplied kitchen, however, the most that we did was eat snacks and make coffee in the morning. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Everything about our stay here was perfect.

Cannot say enough positive things about this place, we felt welcome and at home from the second we walked in the door up to the sad day we had to leave. Our whole group found ourselves missing the cabin throughout the rest of our trip. Owners are great to work with, we all felt at home for our few days here. Perfect spot and perfect cabin

The owners of this cabin really knocked it out of the park. Everything was clean and it made us feel at home after a week in various hotels. Even my 12 year old said “you can really tell they take care of their place”. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Location can’t be beat.

Lovely Cabin

My son and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin, which was conveniently located in walking distance to a mini mart, restaurants, miniature golf, and only a short driving distance to the West entrance for Glacier National Park. The cabin was very beautiful, and well maintained. The owners were very communicative, and, when we ran into problems with the door locking and unlocking properly, the owners came over to fix the issue. They were also very accommodating when we had to extend our stay a night due to unexpected illness.The only drawback to the cabin was the layout of the bathroom, which placed the toilet to close to the wall and door opening. This could be challenging for some who prefer or need more room. However, the comfort and beauty of the rest of the cabin more than makes up for this for those who can manage the toilet placement okay. I mention this only because my husband was a bigger man, and he was left handed. If he were still alive and had been with us on this trip, the bathroom, unfortunately, would not have worked for him.

We loved this cabin! This was our first time to GNP and we couldn’t have been happier with the location and the amenities. We have rented a lot of properties from the beaches of Florida to Cape Cod to the Pacific NW and this was hands down one of the best kept, cleanest, and thoughtfully appointed places we’ve stayed. If a return trip to GNP is in our future, we’ll definitely stay again.

Wonderful cottage with great location

This cottage was perfect for my husband and I! There was plenty of room for the two of us and it definitely could have accommodated another couple or a few children very comfortably. It's located right off Going-to-the-Sun Road which makes it very convenient for entering Glacier NP. The West entrance is less than 5 minutes from the cabin. We very much enjoyed our stayed and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Glacier vacation

Excellent location to the park and walking to restaurants and shopping. Great accommodations after a long hike in the mountains. Bikes were great on days off of hiking. Front porch and back patio were an added pleasure!!!

Best vacation ever!

The location of this cabin was absolutely perfect! It is minutes from the West Glacier entrance and right in West Glacier Village, a one minute walk to everything you could need! It allowed us to explore so many parts of Glacier and we made the most amazing memories. The cabin was so clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing, the kitchen well-stocked, and there are even bikes to use! It's the perfect Glacier cabin and starting point for all of your adventures.
