☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This modern and bright home accommodates 7 guests in 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms are on the upper level and have hand-lift blinds, allowing easy light control and privacy.

The master bedroom on this level features a California king bed with an en suite bath. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed.

During final construction, there was a small amount of damage to the baseboards and trim around one doorway in the master bedroom. Because of that the builder removed and replaced the trim, but it has not been painted yet and thus the small nail holes are visible. Hopefully, this will be taken care of soon.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The master bedroom on the upper floor contains an en suite bath, while one full bathroom is located along the hallway for easy access. Worry about nothing with these thoughtfully stocked bathrooms that provide everything you need and more.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully designed home provides all new appliances, ensuring a seamless cooking experience. The dining area seats 8 guests at the wooden table.

The lounge is situated on the main level of the home, featuring plenty of windows that fill the area with natural light. It's equipped with a smart TV, providing full access to your favorite streaming services. The space features a cozy bean bag and a shelf stocked with books and games, perfect for fun-filled game nights with family and friends.

The washer and dryer are located upstairs, right next to the hallway bathroom. We happily provide detergent for your use.

The garage can fit two cars, but it will be a tight squeeze. It's best for two smaller vehicles or one larger one. Strictly no parking in the driveway.
