Not too shabby actually. A diverse range of folks in and out. Safe area, quieter in the sense of less people. You can hear the upstairs room really loud if you’re on the first floor. The sliding door was a bit iffy. The room weren’t too bad some comestic concerns, overall staff were pretty decent, pool and hot tub make this place. Cool mini golf course too.

Upon arrival to the hotel, we immediately noticed so many rat traps around the resort. Also, as we are walking into the resort, we noticed that there were several families outside, cooking out on a grill, which led me to believe that people live here at the resort, secondly you get to Our room and realize that this resort has no elevator so if you have any type of disability and cannot walk up any stairs. This is not the resort for you. Once receiving our keys to our room, we open the door and immediately it smelled like something died in it, we had to quickly open the windows or the sliding door to let some air and spray the room down. We noticed also that the bathroom was very small and the showerhead was broken not to mention the little mini refrigerator smelled like something from a trash compactor. There is no microwave in any of the room so if you brought any food to your room warming it up is out of the question. There’s also no vending machine on the second floor, so I’m going to get ice. You have to walk down flight upstairs just to get ice which is almost near the front of the front door. In addition to that the beds are very uncomfortable and the outlets to plug up anything such as your devices are all broken. This was the worst is what I have ever stayed in with my family and this will be the last time I stay at this resort and for the money that they are requesting it is not . The review.s are very misleading and untrue.

The ac was not working and I asked the manager to have maintenance come and fix it but they never did. The pool was OK, but was not able to utilize it much due the the amount of children in the pool during the day. There was a soccer tournament that weekend and there would always about 45-50 kids in the pool at the time. Very loud and the office staff did not keep an eye on horse play etc. bed was ok. Breakfast was not up to par.

Hotel wasn't as great as I thought it would be

When I got to my room there were already holes and stains on the wall, also a yellowish stain on the comforter. The bathroom construction didn't make sense there were two tub/shower controls, plus when you stepped into the shower the tub was very shallow and when you stepped out of the shower the tub to floor ratio was quite steep I almost fell. Hot tub has stuff floating in it. maybe some type of oil?
