I was looking for a basic, decent hotel for me ans my kids quick trip to Yellowstone and Jackson. This fit the bill! A little on the dated side of things which im ok with. Hands down the fastest, easiest,friendly check in iv ever had! Would stay here agine.

The hotel is centrally located in town and about a mile away from the entrance to Yellowstone. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. However, there was no shampoo or conditioner and the street was noisy late into the night and early morning. I recognize that they have no control over the street noise, so maybe you could request a room on the inside courtyard. Tried to open the window during the day to let in some fresh air and it took some great effort to move it just a little. A little WD40 would go a long way!

Room smelled like ammonia. Shower head is about 5 ft off the tub floor.No a/c and our door code didn’t work. We had to call a phone number on office door to get any help. Location is excellent but I don’t know how they have an 8.8 rating.

Ho Hum - good name

It is an old, but clean motel. There is no ice maker, but the gas station next door has ice and much more. There is a grocery store within a few blocks with very friendly staff, Several good restaurants in West Yellowstone. The entrance to the park is a few blocks away. Very convenient.

Our original room wasn’t cleaned before we arrived so the manager (owner?) upgraded us to a larger room. He also helped make sure everything was accessible for my disabled mother. Very friendly and helpful.

A well-maintained older motel. Nice sized room. Great, friendly staff and support. For help call number on front door - they respond fast. Rooms have table, chairs, microwave, fridge, coffee pot. Heating system works fast; nice and toasty on a cold day. Shower water ranges from freezing to scalding. So set water before going in. Also bring shampoo and conditioner. New pass code door scheme is great. They send you the info in an email so you know when your code works and what room; saving you check-in time. This allowed us to go straight to Yellowstone and come back when we wanted. This is a perfect place to stay - you can walk to the restaurants and gift shops; Yellowstone West entrance is a 5 min drive. Would come back again. Recommend!

The beds were comfortable and the big pillows were awesome. It had Nice running hot water in the shower. Staff were very friendly. I enjoyed my stay and I would stay there again.
