This hotel is In need of some renovations to the spa/ Jacuzzi, room furniture and carpet. I have been to this hotel with my kids and family a few times throughout the years with no complaints. Until my last stay recently. They need more staff at the front desk. I called few times with no answer. But I think they were helping other guests. There was only one person working at the front desk. The second floor hallway had a terrible smell of dog urine and etc. the yard by the pool was bare needs some plants and decor. We had to switch rooms because the heat in our original room wasn’t working. The Engineer was off duty, that was an inconvenience for us but the gentleman at the front desk was patient and accommodating. My kids had a blast in the indoor pool but we had to call the front desk for pool towels. The gym is small but clean.
