Please keep any beach passes given and return them or a charge to replace them will be required

Spacious house close to everything

The house is very spacious with a large backyard. My son loved the large backyard and i liked it because its not completely fenced in but has the privacy and safety feel of being completely fenced in. It has 4 large bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, dining room and there is a wonderful sunroom. It's walking distance to the beach and a close drive to a shopping plaza with a grocery store, chain restaurants, cvs, and more. It's also close to downtown westerly where there's a bunch of local restaurants.Its also a very quick drive to mystic ct. It's pretty much centrally located but in a very peaceful quiet neighborhood. The owner is very nice and very easy to get ahold of. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Cute house with good kitchen and hang out space.

We enjoyed our stay at Joe’s place. The kitchen was well equipped and the house itself was comfortable, the living room was hot but the bedrooms all had air conditioning. The house is well maintained and the bathrooms were clean. The rental didn’t include linens or towels which was ok because we have family that was able to bring some but not convenient if you’re flying in. Joe was friendly and communicative. The beach is a short walk away.overall we were happy with our stay.

Wonderful vacation rental!

This house is amazing! Super spacious and very comfortable accommodations! Owner was extremely responsive to questions, which made the week very easy going! Will definitely return to this property!
