The Space:

Snow settles quietly along the trees as you step inside, where vaulted ceilings rise overhead and floor-to-ceiling windows frame the forested surroundings. Mornings begin with coffee in hand as soft winter light filters through the glass, and evenings wind down beside the steady glow of a gas fireplace. After a day on the mountain, the private hot tub waits on the deck - steam rising into the crisp alpine air.



Sleeping arrangements

Spanning four levels, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 7 beds. The primary bedroom occupies the upper floor and features a king bed, sitting area, gas fireplace, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and deep soaking tub. On the second upper floor, one bedroom offers a queen bed and private deck, while another provides a queen bed with easy access to a separate bathroom that includes a bathtub and overhead shower. On the main floor, the fourth bedroom includes two sets of twin bunk beds. A bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and a powder room near the entrance complete the 3.5 baths.



Living spaces

The main living room invites gathering with oversized windows and a gas fireplace anchoring the space. A cozy media room on the same level features another fireplace and a large TV - ideal for movie nights after skiing. A dedicated workspace with desk and office chair provides a quiet spot to focus when needed. The dining area seats 10 comfortably beside a kitchen equipped for shared meals, with generous prep space and everything you need to cook at home. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Outdoor living

Just off the living room, a spacious deck offers a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture. In winter, the hot tub becomes a favorite spot - perfect for warming up after time on the trails. The property also includes a backyard and private entrance, offering space and privacy throughout your stay.

Located in the Blueberry Hill neighborhood at the end of a quiet private lane, the home is a 5-minute walk to the Valley Trail. Whistler Village and the Gondola are reachable by car in under 10 minutes, and a reserved parking spot at the Pan Pacific Mountainside adds convenient access to the lifts.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
