An open-concept layout brings everyone together around the indoor fireplace, where you can settle in with a warm drink or watch a favorite show. The dining area seats six for shared meals, while a breakfast bar adds space for casual gatherings. A media room on the ground floor offers another cozy setting with a large TV and a wet bar, ideal for relaxed nights indoors. Air conditioning, heating, and portable fans help keep the home comfortable throughout the seasons.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals after snowy days, complete with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas stove, and ample counter space. A coffee nook with a Nespresso machine makes slow winter mornings simple, and a balcony BBQ provides the option for year-round grilling. Cookware, dishes, and kitchen basics are available for easy meal preparation.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms are arranged across the upper and lower levels, accommodating up to eight guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a double-sided gas fireplace that also warms the ensuite, which includes a soaking bathtub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom includes a king bed, while a third offers a queen bed, both near a shared bathroom with a deep soaking tub and rain shower. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom has a king-split bed with an ensuite that also connects to the hallway. A powder room is located on the main level.
Outdoor living
After a day on the slopes, step into the private hot tub and enjoy the cool mountain air. The patio features a gas fireplace for unwinding outdoors, while the balcony BBQ extends dining options even during winter. The townhouse includes WiFi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, a smart lock for self check-in, and home safety essentials. Towels, bed linens, and other necessities are provided, along with a safe for personal items. Long term stays are welcome.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.
Getting Around:
• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll
• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market and surrounding shops & restaurants
• 2-minute drive to the Whistler Day Parking Lots
• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails
• A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive.
Other Things to Note:
• Stairs. The home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
