Everything was good except extremely tight parking spots. Once you park in the spot, there is no way you will be open the car door without hitting the other car. Also only one elevator was operational resulting in long wait times for the elevator.

Amazing hotel! Stayed for 4 days. Great location! Super cozy room! Totally obsessed with the hand soap smell!! The kitchenette had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Love the decor in the room. Great pool and sauna!! Great customer service! Hotel had a lot of personal touches (for example candy station in the lobby)!! Only complaint was the parking spots were far too small to fit a car comfortably. But otherwise perfect place! Would absolutely recommend!!

This property is slightly outdated but just like other properties in Whistler. Staff is super friendly. Love the little kitchen that made breakfast possible. The sofa bed was not comfortable. The bed is very comfortable.

The property is in a great location very close to the bus terminal and within easy walking distance to the centre / ski lifts. It is clean and in good condition but is missing little things that you get in a lot of places, for example, coffee in the lounge all day. They also advertised free hot chocolate in the afternoon but when I asked about that, the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about so they clearly haven't had that for a while. Also, the hot tub was very small and often full. Finally, one of the lifts was out of action for the whole stay so there was only one lift available and this took forever. Stairs were located at each end of the building but took you to directly outside the building so we were never sure if we were supposed to be using them or if they were purely there as a fire exit. Overall, it was a great choice for the location but I'm not sure I would stay there again.
