The Space:

Snow drifts quietly through the evergreens as you step inside from the Village Run trail, skis set aside and boots warming by the fire. Evenings unfold beneath vaulted ceilings, where forest views frame the room and the gas fireplace casts a steady glow. Outside, the private hot tub steams against the crisp mountain air - an inviting ritual after a full day on the slopes.



Living spaces

The open-concept living area brings everyone together after time on Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. A wraparound sofa anchors the room, perfectly positioned near the indoor fireplace and TV for relaxed nights in. Natural light filters through tall windows, enhancing the sense of space beneath the vaulted ceiling. The dining table seats eight comfortably, creating an easy flow between conversation, meals, and quiet moments with a view of the trees.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether it’s a hearty breakfast before skiing or a relaxed dinner in the evening. Generous counter space and full-size appliances make cooking simple, while the adjacent dining area overlooks the forest and keeps everyone connected.



Sleeping arrangements

This townhouse sleeps 8 across four distinct sleeping areas. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV with cable, and a private balcony with scenic views. The ensuite includes a walk-in glass shower, deep soaking bathtub, and double vanity.

On the lower level, the second bedroom offers a queen bed with its own ensuite bath. The third bedroom includes a king-split bed that can convert to two twins. The den provides a tri-bunk bed suited for kids or extra guests. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. A third full bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity serves the lower level, and a powder room is conveniently located on the main floor.



Outdoor living

The deck extends your living space into the forest setting, featuring a private hot tub and outdoor furniture. A seasonal BBQ is available for outdoor cooking. Ski access connects directly to the Village Run trail, typically from late December through March depending on snow conditions.

You’ll have free washer and dryer in unit, heating, portable fans, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, and extra pillows and blankets are provided, along with a safe for personal belongings. The property includes a private entrance, free parking garage on premises, luggage dropoff allowed, long term stays allowed, and self check-in with smart lock.

One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Other Things to Note:

• No window in the den. Please note that there are no windows in the room with the tri-bunk

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
