The hotel was dated and basic amenities. Hallway walls were taped up with plastic in several spots and the pool and hot tub were drained which was not well communicated during booking or I would have likely chosen to stay elsewhere. Definitely looks much nicer in photos online than in person!

The code to my room had to be changed 3 times as it wouldn’t work at different times. They eventually sent me a code via text to use. The first day we arrived around 12:30 midnight and the guy at the front desk what not at all friendly. He said he was not expecting us and we should’ve already received the code and all of the info ahead of time to check in. We told him that didn’t happen. He finally just checked us in but was anything but kind.

I checked in at 2:00 pm at reception for first day of arrival but received a call in my room at 10:30 pm to confirm I had checked in to room. Room was clean. Lots of extra towels provided. Dishwasher was dated and found it faster to wash dishes by hand. Pool and hot tub were closed but we were directed to use the Delta hotel hot tub and pools which were very niceand they had really nice and clean change rooms. On my last day I went to talk to Front reception and found she was sitting on her phone with her feet on the desk. Response was slow but finally received information I needed from reception.
