I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Noma. I purchased breakfast as an add-on with my stay, but when I attempted to receive it, the staff refused and stated that they were not serving breakfast at all. Despite this, I was not given a refund, nor was I offered any alternative accommodation or compensation. I strongly recommend not purchasing the breakfast add-on when booking this hotel unless you are willing to lose your money. Buying breakfast does not guarantee that it will actually be provided. On top of this issue, the staff was consistently unaccommodating and lacked basic hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations, and I would not stay here again.

The accommodations are fair for the price. The rooms overall feel a bit run down example: every lampshade has rips and tears this is a cheap item to replace so there is truly a lack of attention to detail. A microwave would be a lot more useful in the room vs a safe!

I went thru 4 rooms each room was clean but the sheets where gross they looked like they were never changed from the previous person who stood there. Adrian the worker was my witness to each room that was dirty .
