DETAILS: Moose Jaw 34 is a beacon of ski-in/ski-out luxury, nestled in the heart of Moose Run, a popular community within the prestigious Whitefish Mountain Resort. This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property sleeps 11 and spans more than 4,100 square feet with a private hot tub and direct ski access from the back door—all only 1 hour from Glacier National Park!

The entry level of this 3-story townhome is on the second floor, where a bench beckons guests to kick off shoes and relax. Both guest bedrooms boast inviting queen beds and private bathrooms; however, the guest bedroom with private balcony access and a deep copper soaking tub nearly rivals the upstairs primary.

Guests will find a spacious and open interior in the top-floor great room, where high-end finishes and natural textures create a cozy atmosphere. The grandeur of this space is amplified by expansive windows that let in natural light and frame alpine views. Settle into the plush sectional while the gas-burning fireplace warms the bright living area—perfect for intimate gatherings or family movie nights. An expansive island sits at the heart of the gourmet kitchen, surrounded by granite countertops, copper finishing, and high-end appliances. Enjoy Sunday brunch at the 6-seat dining table or grab a snack at the 4-stool breakfast bar before skiing. A gas grill is conveniently located off the great room for barbequing. Escape to the luxurious primary bedroom at the end of the day, with a king bed, cozy fireplace, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a spacious shower.

Downstairs boasts a kid-friendly bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunks and an extra living space. The back door leads directly to ski access, while the boot rack and washer-dryer setup keep ski gear fresh and ready for tomorrow's adventure. Soothe sore muscles in the newly installed private hot tub after a long day on the slopes!

Moose Jaw 34 provides terrific proximity to the lifts and Home Again Run. With parking for 1 vehicle in the garage and 2 in the driveway, it's easy to explore downtown Whitefish and City Beach. Don't feel like driving? Getting around Whitefish is easy via the S.N.O.W. Bus—a free shuttle service that takes visitors throughout Whitefish and up to Big Mountain during peak ski and Summer seasons. Book today!

* Ski-in /Ski-Out generally during Peak winter season - late Dec- mid-Feb – weather permitting. The definition means that you are around a 5-minute walk to the nearest run or lift and do not need to drive.

*Ski Access: From the ski door on the first level you can directly access the Home Again Trail. Use the Home Again trail to return to the property.

Glacier Park International Airport is only about 20 minutes from Whitefish, Montana so getting here is easy!

Great stay overall. The best parts were the fire pit and hot tub, and you can’t beat the ski-in/ski-out location. Just a heads up that the home is spread over three stories with quite a few stairs, so it may not be ideal for families with very young kids or anyone with mobility issues. That said, for groups looking for a comfortable, well-located mountain stay, it’s a fantastic spot and we’d happily return.

The house was beautiful and so comfy! right on the mountain and could ski right off the back patio onto the lift chair 6 .. then can ski home right at the end of run home again... totally perfect for ski in /out. hot tub was great, common space so nice to hang out in. would def stay here again

Really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time at this VRBO. It is a really nice condo for our needs. It was well-appointed and spacious. The location is very good. We did have a chirping fire detector for a couple of nights, but that could happen to anyone. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect spot for our group of friends who all enjoy cooking for ourselves and were on a mission to have some great hikes in Glacier and near Whitefish, which we did. We also had some great home cooked meals and conversation in this beautiful home .

Summer Family Vacation

We had 3 different families within our family stay at the property. Everyone had their own room and the basement floor was perfect for the kids! The home was so beautiful, and well stocked for our stay. The house was in a great location and easy to walk to the villages. We would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay up in the mountains!

4 day rental in March. Very nice home. We had a family of ten-worked out perfectly. Ski-in ski-out access right out the backdoor made for the ideal location. Seconds from the base lodge. Management very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely rent again.

Moosejaw was Magnificent

We got in late Wednesday night and all codes worked great. House was as pictured and had plenty of what we needed. beds were comfortable / water pressure was good. Plenty of towels and the ski locker access was awesome. Hot tub hit the spot everyday after the slopes. Only issue was got a little hot each night in the house.

We will be back!

This house was amazing for our family of beginner skiers to experienced skiers. We loved the ski-in and ski-out option! Once we figured out which run we needed to be on (Home run) to return to our cabin, it was a sinch to ski in for a quick break and head back out again! The host's communication was on point! The house had everything we needed. The hot tub was a bonus for the end of the day, and the area was nice and quiet.

The property was very beautiful and well kept.

With the exception of the fireplace in the living area and some TVs not functioning our overall experience was great. Our only other downside which doesn’t reflect on the property itself is the neighbors are not used to seeing 7 women of color in the area at once so the rangers were called to make sure we were suppose to be there. Thanks for offering a wonderful property.

Whitefish is a wonderful place for the holidays

Location was great and management very responsive. Overall would recommend. The living room fireplace never worked properly through entire stay which was very disappointing. Also we had an issue with the cable box on one of the TVs which was addressed and the other large TV in the living room was difficult to manage. Dishwashers were a challenge to work and the external hardware needed repair. The house was well located with beautiful views and everyone we encountered were professional and helpful. Wonderful trip with excellent accommodations!!!!

Perfect home for a family ski vacation!!

We had a great family vacation and the house was perfect in every way. We all fell in love with the sectional sofa that seated all 7 of us and we couldn't get enough of the mountain views. The property managers were great to deal with and we hope to come back again!

Perfect Home for Multiple Families!

We had such a great time at this property in Whitefish! The home was beautiful, clean, and so spacious! We had 3 families totaling 6 adults, and 4 kids under the age of 6. Everyone had plenty of room. I love that all bedrooms have a full bath - this was key! Even a half bath right by the kitchen. The kitchen and main living area was wonderful and had everything we needed to make lovely dinners every night (including grilling on the balcony!). Great location - short drive or walk to the Whitefish Mountain Base (alpine slide was so fun!) and a 15 min drive in to town. Even the 50ish minute drive to Glacier National Park West Entrance was super convenient. We would definitely stay here again. Our only complaint is that the house next door was a rowdy group of guys that clearly didn't abide by the Whitefish "quiet hours" starting at 10pm. They were loud and partied well in to the night every night. But this has nothing to do with the property itself and just bad luck. Hopefully different neighbors next time!

Perfection

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous townhouse. Perfect location for my 2 teen grandsons to ski all day and come in and out as they wish. Great location, clean and comfortable. We will be back next year!
