Our room had cockroaches. It smelled funny, so I think they knew and tried to bomb them. Front office did not help. He just stared into my soul. Poor guy was frozen. And we woke up with bites. Probably bed bugs.

The room was never cleaned, even when the sign was taken off. Ran out of towels and everything else and had to go ask for towels. Never had a coffee. Cover looked like it hadn’t been changed.

Very decent place. A lot of breakfast variety. The room was on the smaller side, but the value was exceptional.

Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. Multiple hairs found in the bathroom. It just looked like cleanliness standards were not being kept up. Also, the towels were very rough and scratchy. For the price, I don’t expect luxury, but I do expect the basics and this is not me unacceptable standard.

Breakfast was good. The ac unit in my room was loud and noisy the whole time it was on. Then I wake up to check out and find a HOLE in the ceiling above the toilet. I don’t know what cause it, but it made me very uncomfortable. I also found a roach on the floor. Not the best stay this time.

Mold on the bathtub’s silicone. Poor maintenance, terrible drywall repairs., Old towels. Good price but its not up to Best western standards. Not very friendly clerk at the check-inn. Could be a nice place with better management.
