When we first went to our room after checking in I noticed a bug on the bed, I took it downstairs on a piece of paper to show the front desk clerk (who was amazing btw!) and she instantly thought the same thing I did, bed bug! She was so nice and instantly got us a new room. She apologized for the inconvenience and made the transition amazing to our new room.

Front staff were kind. Room had crumbs on the back of the couch and side table. No fridge in room (Expedia description was wrong). It was a full weekend so it was a bit loud. Breakfast was fine, but they didn’t keep up with restocking near the end of the breakfast time, and hours for breakfast on the weekend didn’t match the website. Convenient location to our activities in Goddard and Wichita.

Decent stay, only some maintenance problems. Bathroom door handle was falling off, towel rack was about fall and when you opened and closed the bathroom door the bathroom room lights would flicked. Seems maintenance. Needs to be done to the bathroom.. Other than that, it was a decent day. Staff was nice. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was OK Parks was nice very well lit up.

The room had bed bugs and there was mold found in the bathroom. All of us had bed big bites. The room was presented clean upon arrival. Pool water heater was broken. Breakfast was very stale and limited. I couldn’t eat anything there. Mirrors, bathtub, and other furniture in poor condition and need updated. Hotel is in a good location. Staff were very kind.
