It wasn't the cleanest place, but the staff was nice and courteous and everything was as described as far as the amenities.

The building is run down. There was trash outside. There were no hangers or tissues in our room. We had a difficult time expressing our request for hangers and tissues because the man in the reception area could barely speak English. We bought hangers and tissues at the Walgreens next door. We like that this hotel welcomes our dog, but we probably won’t stay here again.

It was by far the worst hotel I’ve booked through your app. I would strongly suggest that you no longer partner with them at all. After driving from Austin TX to Wichita we checked in and had to wait for a desk clerk. We are giving our room keys 111 and 115. The first room when I walked in the ac was off and stuff and humid. When my sister went to her room 115 there were bags of trash lined up on the floor and no bedding on the beds. So we went back to the front desk and asked for another room after explaining the condition. So after getting settled into another room. We found that if had no flat sheets on the beds. In my room I found the same no flat sheets on one of the beds. Then I went to shower and the used cleaning wipes and empty package was in the corner of the tub. I have never been more upset with a hotel stay. Please feel free to reach out if you want more information. Almost forgot that ice machine was torn apart and out service. I wish I would have taken pictures of room 115.

Do NOT waste money on this hotel!!!

The breakfast was a half a loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter. Some hostess cinnamon cakes (about 5 of them) and a couple apples and oranges. The counter was filthy and had ants. The coffee machine looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. That was on Saturday only. On Sunday there was no breakfast. The building smelled strongly of mildew. There was a fishtank in the breakfast area with dead fish floating in it. The hallways on the second floor were never cleaned during our stay. The front checkin counter had a plastic window that was horribly smeared. The entire building felt to be covered in a layer of grime that was recently painted over with a fresh paint of coat. The pictures we saw of the room on this site looked nothing like the actual room. The room itself was dirty, dead bug carcasses, dirty mirror in the bathroom. Due to the medical situation we were there for, we didnt have a choice but to stay there as we didnt have the extra money to go somewhere else. So we bought some cheap sheets to cover the bed and endured it. Woke up the last day with a roach on the headboard. Went to checkout and not a person in site. The room wasn't worth the amount spent to stay there and we could've went to somewhere nicer for the same amount. This hotel is great for junkies and tweakers. If you aint one of those, I do not recommend checking into this hotel. The entire ad for this hotel was a blatant lie!

The room was dirty. I saw a guy wearing flip flops vacuuming the hallway with a vacuum cleaner that was at least 30 years old, the hallway was just as dirty as it was when he had finished. The continental breakfast area was crawling with ants. The bed in my room looked like a 5 yr. Old made it, I had 1 towel and no wash rag in the bathroom. When I asked the front desk for a wash rag he said I had to wait on house keeping to come in. When I asked if he was serious, he reached in a self and gave me a dish rag. No one is ever at the front desk, they have a buzzer you push to get them to come out of the office. This hotel needs to be shut down and repurposed.

The absolute worst.

Toilet didn't have running water.beds were disgusting had bed bugs. Lights at bed side didn't work. Lamp shade was broken on table lamp. Trash left in room when we arrived . No help with any of said things. No refunded no new room no help in anyway.

The room was large, and the floor was wooden. These things are very good and I like it. However, the whole carpet in the corridor and on the stairs is very dirty, as if no one ever cares about cleaning. The towels in the bathroom are dirty. The bed did not change after the previous client. it's horrible. The dust was on furniture. hotel is dirty and employees did not care.
