With convenient access to major highways, getting around the city is quick and easy—it is located just minutes from Wichita State University, which is ideal for tournament travel while still offering a comfortable, relaxing space to unwind at the end of the day.

PLEASE NOTE:

-Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their driver’s license upon approval. If there is a local address on the driver’s license, the booking will be canceled. No exceptions.

-We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.

This home is perfect for families or individuals looking for a comfortable place to sleep and stay while visiting the city. It is intended for residential use only.

Commercial filming, photoshoots, and events are not allowed. If you have any other plans, please let us know in advance. Otherwise, your reservation will be canceled without a refund.

Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises.

Guests must report any property damage to the owner.

Unreported damages will result in a fee. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and immediate cancellation with no refund.

SECURITY CAMERAS:

For your safety and the security of the property, ADT cameras are ONLY installed on the home exterior.

NUMBER OF GUESTS:
Per current City regulations, this home can accommodate up to 5 adults for overnight stays.

NO SMOKE/NO PARTIES/NO PETS:

Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on porches and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. The use of marijuana in any way, shape, or form in or around our property is strictly prohibited.

Any violation will terminate your reservation and make you financial responsible for damage or loss.

Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Unauthorized pets of any kind are subject to a $150 fine. This fine is per pet.

Guests are not allowed to use glitter, confetti, or any other sort of decoration that will make clean-up difficult for the cleaning team. Guests may not tape anything to our walls, ceilings, or woodwork.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please double-check all the policies before placing your reservation. All guests are recommended to purchase traveler's insurance.

Other things to note:

We provide enough consumable amenities, like toilet paper and paper towels, to get guests set up. Once these amenities are exhausted, it is up to the guest to replenish as they see fit.

The garage is not available for guests' use.
