Was very disappointed! My family and I have stayed at this hotel before, and it was quality. But currently, this hotel is sub par given the price and the area that it’s in! Cleanliness is lacking. We saw what we thought was dried blood on the border of the bathtub, as well a spots on the walls. We were told that it was probably ‘rust’. We requested to be moved to another room, and it was unkept in a different way. Chairs with old particles of food on it; looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in some time. There was a hole in the top part of the bathroom door. Looking around other parts of the hotel, we noticed other signs of neglect. We could not complete our stay there.

The shower was dirty and stuff in it. And I was staying due to a surgery. I asked when checking in if I needed to stay another day would it be a problem. I was told it would not be a problem but when my husband went back to tell them we were going to need to stay again they wanted to charge almost double from the first night.

The room was not clean. There was blood stains on the bedding, it was so loud people running and stomping all night long, heater wasn’t working, and the bath tub wasn’t even cleaned it was nasty! Definitely a disappointment when i thought based off the reviews it would of been better.. Someone said they were going to call me and never called. Disappointing!!
