Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. We are in a historic and quiet neighborhood! Lively, obnoxious, unnecessary noise is not tolerated.
Smoking indoors is not tolerated in order to give the best quality experience to all of our guests. $300 per day cleaning fee for smoking indoors.
Small Parties/events must be approved prior to booking, please inquire first. College Hill area is a quiet and established neighborhood.
