Decent rate, needed to update all of bathroom. Tub didn't drain well, hair dryer needed replaced because of open wires, and paint didn't cover a possible mold or water leak on ceiling.

Disgusted

The room was extremely small. The bed was small even though they stated it was a king bed. The bed was uncomfortable. The mints on the bed had been chewed on by some kind of rodent. I should have taken a photo but I was so disgusted I just wanted them gone.

The stay was good there was a problem with the tv it kept going off and on. The toilet is not properly installed right I tips forward when sat on. Also make noise at random times. Besides all that the stay was good thank you.

I was on the fence between 3 and 4 stars for this property. The best thing about this hotel was the price. I chose this hotel because we needed a place to stay for 1 night that didn't break the bank. When I saw that a breakfast was offered, I went for it. The room was fine, but nothing special. Mattress was ok. Pillows felt like rocks. The room was tiny, but fine for 1 night- not sure how great it would be for a long stay. I ran out of time to make a waffle or try the gravy, but the biscuit was ok. They also offered sausage and a couple of cereal options. My husband said the coffee was terrible, so he was disappointed. The location was good for the conference we were attending, and the price was the lowest I found. It was clean and decently appointed, so it met our needs. If that's all you're looking for, it mike work for you. If you're wanting any amount of comfort or style or feeding of "extra" this is not the place for you. *Side note- there is no elevator to the upper floors. This was not an issue for us, but I was surprised.

Perfect stop-off for a nights sleep

needed a room on north side of Wichita for a late arrival for a nights stay - it was perfect. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and hot breakfast was perfect to get us back on our way. Would stay at again if the situation arrises
