We had the best experience! At times we felt like we had at least the entire floor to ourselves! The walk on to the beach is about 50 feet from where you park you car! the unit was clean, veranda overlooking the ocean, and in the campy new jersey beach style I love! Communication incredibly thorough and property is exactly as photos depict
