Staff was rude and unprofessional. Rooms were average for a beach motel, but not worth the poor service. housekeeping loudly entered the room before 9am- despite a DND on the door. I was lucky to have the chain on, but not the wake-up I want on vacation. Parking is terrible with spaces SO NARROW it’s impossible to pass without car damage. Everyday added a new scratch to my doors.

I arrived early and was allowed to check in with a smile. The tv was unplugged to the point that it need to be removed from the wall. Maintenance arrived with a smile. Everyone was awesome!

This is my second visit to Fleur De Lis Beach Motel. I appreciate the quiet area, friendly staff, and how easy it is to walk to the boardwalk, drive to Cale May, and generally be close to all of the areas and attractions I want to see and visit. I’ll be back for a third stay next season!
