You'll have exclusive access to the entire two-bedroom cottage, including the bedrooms, full bathroom, living and dining areas, and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the spacious front yard, perfect for outdoor relaxation. Beach gear, including chairs, a cooler, and a wagon, is provided for your convenience. Off-street parking for one vehicle and free street parking are available. Guests also have access to the in-unit washer and dryer.

Getting around Wildwood Crest is easy! You'll find ample free parking right on the premises and on the street, so you can bring your car and explore the area at your leisure. The cottage is conveniently located a short walk from the beach, allowing you to enjoy the sand and surf without worrying about parking. For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. While Wildwood Crest is a walkable and bike-friendly town, if you're looking to visit the attractions in Wildwood, a trolley service is available, offering a convenient way to travel along the coast.

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.

PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced. QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.

NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
