Welcome to Sunny Bay, your perfect Lake Geneva-area escape! This bright and welcoming 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat is nestled in the heart of Williams Bay, just a short walk from the lakefront, charming restaurants, and local favorites.
Step inside to find a stylish open layout with hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room perfect for gathering. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed with a twin trundle, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. A bonus family room with a queen-size sleeper sofa adds flexible sleeping arrangements or a relaxing space for movies and games.
Enjoy morning coffee or evening cookouts on the private back deck, complete with a gas grill and patio seating. The backyard is peaceful, shaded by mature trees — a true hidden gem!
You're just a 10-minute walk to the Frosty Moose Ice Cream, Harpoon Willies, Café Calamari, and the Green Grocer. Stroll a bit farther to reach Pier 290 and the lakefront marina in just 15 minutes.
With parking for 2 vehicles, a cozy layout, and a location that offers both tranquility and walkability, Sunny Bay is the ideal base for your next lake getaway.

Dog-Friendly Policies:
We welcome one dog, under 50lbs, for an additional $100 cleaning fee. To keep the home in excellent condition, dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated if left alone at the property.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM – we ask that all guests follow our Good Neighbor Policy to preserve the peaceful neighborhood surroundings
Guests will be required to provide an email address upon booking to sign the guest rental agreement
