Williams- Grand Canyon

Room was very small. I booked a King bed but pretty sure I was given a Queen. Obviously an older hotel, but it was quaint and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was standard Best Western

The man who checked us in and out was utterly unprofessional and rude. He treated us like children and got genuinely angry at us, it was very rude. We were 3 minutes late to check out and he showed up at our door and pointed to his watch then proceeded to lecture about being late for check out as we were packing our bags. When we arrived, he was mad that we missed a phone call and were checking in at 12:30am (we were driving all day to get there) and was just overall not impressed from the jump. Will DEFINITELY not stay here again.
