We liked our handicap room. It had safety bars for holding on in the bathroom. We had a clean room and it was a comfortable room with lots of space on the first floor! We loved it!

It was okay.

Room was clean. Breakfast was okay, continental breakfast. You can tell that this was an older hotel that was updated. Unfortunately, we could hear noises from area our room. It made it hard to sleep.

Room was decent enough, clean and very comfortable bed and pillow. The bad: What hotel does not have a coffee maker in the room. I usually leave hotels around 4am and I very much enjoy my coffee before I go. I was told there would be coffee available in the lobby. Yes, there was, and it was pee warm, disgusting. Hotel would get 5 stars across if it had a coffee maker.

Disappointed

We were quite disappointed with this brand of Hilton. They only offer bagels for breakfast. They told us we could go to the store if we didn't like it. Online it says Continental breakfast but it's only bagels and a muffin. My husband and I are diabetic and didn't like that it didn't have more variety. Late yesterday afternoon, someone came in next to us and was blaring the TV until 11:00. It sounded like it was in our room. For a brand new hotel, the walls are extremely thin. I realize that they are trying to offer a lower cost hotel. I like Hiltons Tru hotel better. I don't think I'll stay here again.
